Terrible Times: The Official Newsletter of Bad Ideas

Ever had a truly horrendous idea that no one in their right mind would ever fund? A concept so impractical, so mind-bogglingly useless that it deserves to exist just for the sheer absurdity of it?

Good news: That’s exactly what we want.

The Terrible Ideas Hackathon, the only event where failure is the goal, chaos is encouraged, and the best ideas are often the worst ones. It’s a weekend where you take the most half-baked, nonsensical, and legally questionable ideas from the crevices of your mind and bring them to life.

🛠 Why should you join?

🤯 Unleash your creativity in ways that would make your engineering professor weep
🤝 Team up with equally unhinged minds to build something utterly ridiculous
🎤 Show off your abomination to a crowd that actually wants to see bad ideas
🍕 Free dinner (because bad ideas are best fueled by pizza)

Past masterpieces have included:
🚀 A three-seater motorised mobility couch (because why not?)
👟 Clip-on bike jandals (cyclists deserved this)
☕ A kettle with unskippable ad breaks (premium version sold separately)

What will you bring to the table? A toaster that only works when you compliment it? A doorbell that screams instead of ringing? A phone case that stores loose spaghetti? If the idea sucks, we want to see it happen.
