You’re welcome to stay for as much or as little as you’d like (no need to arrive or leave when we open & close), but we recommend sticking around for the show & tell if you can. You will need to make your own arrangements for transport home on Friday and Saturday nights, as we’re unable to provide a space to sleep overnight.
What is a hackathon?
It’s a chance to make things! Hackathons are all about coming together to design and build creative solutions to interesting problems in a super short amount of time. In this one, you’ll have 46 hours (taking breaks to sleep and chill) to go all the way from idea to a finished solution that Mobility Dogs can start using.
How are teams formed?
If you’d like to work in a team (we strongly recommend this – it’s much more fun) then you can either bring friends to collaborate with, or we’ll help form new teams on the Friday night. Either way, don’t stress – we’ve got you covered.
12th - 14th July
Help develop a life-changing solution to assist their clients with giving treats to their Mobility Dogs.

Here are a few examples of projects by people across the world to try and solve this problem. You're welcome to make your own take on this challenge! The solution doesn't need to be electronic, and making something that's robust and beautiful is just as important as making something that works.
